Refund policy

No Refunds will be offered under any circumstances.

Your kit if included in the course will be given to you on 1st day of your course date when you attend the academy

A full list of the kit can be found therefore you are agreeing that you're happy with the contents of the kit and understand that none of the items are refundable or exchangeable.

If you miss a session or do not attend for any reason you will lose this session, it is your responsibility to attend, your dates can not be transferred, reimbursed or re booked.

If you require a paid model you must give us at least 48 hours notice by contacting us.

If you require a paid model, these will be provided at a first come first serve bases, we can never 100% guarantee a model is able to be provided however we will do our upmost to provide you with one.

If you require a paid model, this must be paid for on the day of your course before the practical session starts.

The price for a makeup model sitting for one look is £25. A model will be needed at each practical session day for each look you do. 

You will receive a Boux Makeup Studio & Academy ABT Accredited certification on completion of your course. 

You will receive a certificate of attendace on any workshop or course which is not accredited.

A free 1 hour 1-2-1 will be given to each student who purchases an accredited course and does not pass the practical session. This is to go over any areas you are unsure of. We want you to feel happy with the skills you have been taught to work in the industry confidently and want your work upto pass standard.

We do not offer refunds on any type of 1-2-1 training or group courses.

We do not offer returns on lashes for hygienic reasons.

If we put a sale on the price difference cannot be refunded if you purchased a training course or 1-2-1 lesson before the sale started. We try our best to prepare our customers for sale's & offers through our instagram business page.
